5 star Hotels with weekly and monthly rates for December
Aiya. Bad luck. It could be it's too soon. It could be hotels are keeping their powder dry to see how many bookings might come for December. December being the start oh high season, traditionally when rooms are at their fullest / most expensive. It might be better to wait till October to try, or November, I am only guessing as it is not an exact science. It's a balance, like booking a flight. Early can be expensive, late can be cheap. Or vice versa. You buy at a certain time, then it might be cheaper next week. It's almost like a gamble. I hope this makes sense! For me? It was a large chain hotel that I got the best deal in (Marriott). But that does not mean to say they would be best now. Too many variables. A little mom & pop place might like to secure revenue early, they might want to gamble and earn more later, but then they might get nothing. Sorry, I cannot give you a magic answer, I don't think there is one. But I hope I have helped you a little to understand the market. -

Sorry about the slug comment....but....it was not really about PEOPLE...... You see, recently, during this wet season, I have seen plenty of slugs climbing my walls around here..... Black and ugly, and with no seemingly redeeming qualities..... Some scientists spend their entire lives studying slugs. And, there might be some very helpful information gathered from such studies, which will save Mankind. But, as for me, I find slugs repulsive. And, when I joked about some people I know who might resemble a slug, there is nobody here on this forum that I would consider to be in this class. In case you want to know who I consider to be....The Slug of This Year, and last year, for that matter..... I will not identify him. Let us just say that his first name begins with the initial S And, his last name starts with the letter A And, I believe my opinion is completely ON TARGET.... So, please do not judge me too harshly..... There are those among us, but not on this forum, who have the power to do great harm. And, thankfully, too, this forum does far more good than any harm, if any, that it might do...which, according to my lights, is just impossible. Yes, Folks, I know you do not understand me, for the most part....but..... The guys here on this forum who really understand me, LOVE ME..... So, if you do not agree, then just give me a THUMBS DOWN, and let's accept my meager contributions, for what they are .....
