Getting cash from a credit card almost always is the worst option for getting cash since it is considered a loan whereas a withdrawal using a debit card is like withdrawing cash already on deposit with your home bank. -

They told him to go piss up a rope They may have been trying to boost prices to benefit Iran, given Biden had lifted sanctions on them. They may have just wanted more money. That fact is, Biden insulted him, and they had no desire to help him. That you want to blame Trump is just a ridiculous lie. Two weeks ago, you were arguing Trump was going to jail and they Harris would win in a landslide. Now you are claiming the Saudis were shunning the sitting President, in favor of Trump. In any event, none of this has anything to do with your false claim was that "He [Biden] drained it [the strategic petroleum reserve] because the Saudis were collaborating with Trump to drive the oil price up for the [2022] mid terms.", which was nothing but a lie. -
