Rains inundate streets in HCMC, Dong Nai Province

Heavy rains on Wednesday afternoon flooded a number of streets in HCMC and neighboring Dong Nai Province, turning them chaotic.

The rain, which lasted two hours, began just before offices and schools finished for the day.
