August 10, 20223 yr I also want to get the medical cert, cuz it seems that's the only clearly, completely legal avenue right now. Always nice to have paperwork in a shakedown. I'm going to check some clinics here, perhaps also Pattaya General Hospital.

If you're gullible enough to think a prescription is required or lack the street smart to recognize the situation, you'll get shakedown or ripped off either way
