At the 77th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), Thailand will call for faith in the multilateral system as the centre of the global development agenda, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman.

Tanee Sangrat said that Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai will lead the Thai delegation to take part in the ongoing UNGA in New York. Don is scheduled to give an address at the assembly on the morning of September 24th.

Thailand believes that the multilateral system plays an important role in tackling new challenges, such as digital technology, the use of outer space and in advocating for an equitable global financial system, he said, adding that this appeal will be highlighted in Don’s UNGA address.

What does that mean?

You know multilateral

Like when a footballer throws the ball sideways as a lateral pass rather than where it is suppose to go like towards the goal. ????

So in Thai government <sic> It means for instance when someone noticed the Thai teachers alone are 1.4 Trillion Baht in Debt or say Bangkok is flooding again

That is the cue for a High ranking Thai government spokesperson to say something like ...Whose Moose head is that on the wall over there? Getting everyone to look away from the problem

Hence the "lateral"... Then when you get good at it you can do multilateral moves all at once deflecting many problems with the Whose moose head is that trick ????
