Foreigner Starting Business In Bkk

Featured Replies

Hi all, I would like to get some info from here. I want to live in BKK and start some small business such as coffee shop or spa etc. I hope anyone can give me some info that as a foreigner, can I fully own and run a shop in BKK? Because I heard that I must have partnership with Thai. Is it truth?

If it is truth, I don’t know why so many foreigner run business in different places of Thailand such as Pattaya or Phuket. Are they all have partnership with Thai and willing to have smaller ownership of the business?

Please anyone advise me. Thank you very much.

i'm guessing english not your native tongue so searching the forums may be difficult .
