Pattaya police increase Walking Street patrols and parking enforcement

Japanese tourist missing in rough seas off Phang-nga as his wife is rescued

A search and rescue operation has resumed today (Sunday) for a Japanese tourist who was washed away by stormy seas in Takua Pa district of the southern Thai province of Phang Nga yesterday, as he and his wife were swimming.

After Weeks Of Flooding Lat Krabang Residents Find Sandbags Stuffed In A Drain

RESIDENTS of a neighbourhood in Bangkok’s Lat Krabang district that has been flooded since September 10 with the floodwater now reeking today (Oct. 2) found that sandbags had been stuffed into a key drain, Amarin TV said.

Central Vaccination Center closes; other vaccination sites remain operational

BANGKOK (NNT) - The Central Vaccination Center at Bang Sue Grand Station has shut its doors on 30 September after providing its final jabs to vaccine recipients. Those who were planning to visit the center may instead head to the Institute of Dermatology at Victory Monument. Meanwhile, other vaccination sites around the country are still offering their free services.
