Probably. From the linked article: Relatives of some of the victims have complained about slow progress in the case. And that is after they called in the bigwigs from Bangkok to investigate. It's happened, it's in the past, nothing can bring the dead back, just push it down the road until it's forgotten by all but the relatives of the victims. Then, in a couple of years or so, repeat.

There is plenty of information about the investigation and how it's going in articles reporting on that. This was however just a short article announcing the death of another victim. I'm slow reading Thai so it gets boring reading Thai news, I watch Thai news on Youtube instead. Better information in Thai than in English news. Initially they tried to blame the electrician.....the owner has gone quiet and his mouthpiece attorney has nothing to say now.
EdrigoSalvadore
I wonder what happened to that young Vietnamese woman who had to pay for hospital herself out of pocket. Did the hospitals throw throw her out?
anchadian
The Mountain B nightclub has been demolished, but the legal proceedings and accountability phase behind the horrific fire that killed 24 people and injured dozens has only just begun.https://twitter.com/The_PattayaNews/status/1581592854702755841
