Satellite imagery from the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency posted online compared flooding from different years.

It revealed that in the year of the so-called Great Flood that hit Thailand in 2011 there was nearly 16 million rai of flooded land reported Siam Rath.

This compared with 5.6 million rai flooded last September and 5.3 million rai this September.

Siam Rath noted that things were three times worse 11 years ago when much of the area surrounding Bangkok was under water for months.

This followed fears that continual heavy rain would result in a similar flood this year as dams and reservoirs fill up.

They haven't seen half of what's coming from The North yet; it's on its way now with more to follow !

It's just the climate fanatics ginning up the populace.  Next year the sky will be falling and they can blame climate change on that too (but they'll ask for even more of your wallet to fix it).
