I'm moving to the Pattaya area later this month and looking to lease a condo for 12 months, still undecided between central Pattaya / Pratumnak / Jomtien / Wongamat so going to be looking around a lot.

 

Any recommendations for condo rental agencies for each area or one that covers all the above areas?

 

Got a shortlist of requirements: close to baht bus route (as won't be using bike or car), high floor, balcony with some sort of sea view, within walking distance of a few eateries and 7-11 etc for around 20 - 25k, any ideas would be greatly appreciated so i can whittle down my long list of properties to visit!

@OneMoreFarang thanks, i've been looking online, just wanted to know if anyone had any agent recommendations they had personally used when looking for a condo or stayed in a condo that matched my requirements that they would recommend.
