A vegetarian diet isn't low nutrition, try and concentrate for 30 mins and read more. I still like meat but eat reduced amounts

Keto isnt Atkins. At least do some study. Atkins was high protein, Keto is high fat.

Yes it is. Lacking b12, lots of minerals poorly absorbed.
