Who benefitted. Any country that joins NATO has to standardise their armed forces with NATO compatible equipment. Who benefits?? -

Former Thai boy band star denies 79 million baht fraud allegation
A former famous Thai boy band member denied a 79 million baht fraud accusation after a supplier company accused the singer and his company of failing to complete the product payment and also failing to show up in court. Naris Wittayawarakorn, the managing director of the supplementary production company called Thai Jintan revealed to the public that his company sued the former boy band member, Thanatraichat “Chain” Phuchokanan, and his supplementary company called Amado over defrauding. According to Naris, his company transferred the products, worth 85 million baht, to Chain’s company according to his order. Amado’s company initially postponed the payment date, citing multiple reasons for the failed payment. Later, Amado refused to pay the amount, saying the quality of the Thai Jintan’s products did not meet Amado’s standards. Naris said he and his team attempted to demand the rest of the money but Chain refrained from paying. Amado eventually paid 6 million baht to Thai Jintan but the company still had a large amount that needed to be paid. Naris and his team continued to make a call to Chain and his Amado team, seeking payment for the rest of the debt. In one phone call, Chain told Naris that he had only 1 million baht. Naris could take it if he wanted. He said he had only that amount. If Naris did not take it, he had to wait until Chain had enough to pay. Naris decided to file a lawsuit against Chain and his company but he and his wife have been evading the court visit three times already. They cited the health issue conditions and important appointments as a reason to avoid the court. After the story went viral on Thai social media, Chain came forward to clarify the issue saying he, his wife, and his company did not commit any fraud as Naris accused. He tried hard to find the income to pay off the debt, and he covered the debt for almost 100 million baht already. Chain cried during the interview and insisted that he and his wife were innocent. He urged anyone who supported Amado to continue purchasing Amado’s products for him to able to pay off debt. Channel 7 reported that the court summoned Chain and his wife again on, November 18.
