I have two of the Cotto bidet units in my house and one in my condo.  Beats a bum gun any day of the week. Plus I can heat the seat if needed.

I saw a documentary on the development of these toilets. The most critical was regulation of the heated water.

My water supply pipe runs ontop of the ground. Family complain that showers are too hot. Never experienced any problem nor heard any complaint that our bog standard ass pistols are scalding though?

Well sharing a bathroom with wife or girlfriend can be a bit annoying at times.

maybe you prefer to wash,  that left over egg off the dinner plates,  with your little man, in the alternative toilet.
