Lazada Deliveries.

Featured Replies

Hi all,  I've been using Lazada online for several years now with no problems. I placed an order a few days ago but I won't be at my home for the estimated delivery date range. I received a call early this morning and I have to go up North for a family funeral. Now I have a problem, can Lazada orders be postponed to a later date. Thanks

No unfortunately NOT

You have a couple of options

A) is there no one else who can accept the delivery? Neighbour for example?

B) Contact Lazada and tell them your problem and they can give you some options

C) Not home so not accept. Did you pay via COD or did you prepay?

Do they not leave a post office pick note or leave at local depot

I'm waiting for a delivery and wondering what would happen if I wasn't at home when delivery came, or is it just return to sender?

If you know WHO is delivering it, contact them, give them the tracking number and ask them for options.

Generally you will get an "attempted delivery" notice and they will redeliver the next day.

The Lazada website states after the 2nd failed delivery attempt the parcel will be taken back and the order cancelled. It doesn't mention if you get a refund or not.

If you have already paid for it ,they might just leave it inside the

gate , if you live in a house, as they dont get you to sign for deliveries

now , just take a picture on the phone of your house number.

They will (should) call before making the delivery.

Not always, we had recently  deliveries from one company, and they just show up and never call
