Gun factory busted in south - man was selling on well known foreign based shopping platform

Region 8 police and Nakhon Sri Thammarat officers armed with a warrant raided a gun making factory at a house in Muang district.

 

Arrested and charged with making gun parts and selling them online was 34 year old Phuwadol or Phai.

 

He'd learnt how to make gun barrels on YouTube and since earlier this year had been selling them on a well known shopping platform based in another country.

He'd sold 200 to customers the length and breadth of Thailand. 

 

Police found 17 barrels that had been returned in their packages after being refused by customers.

 

Netizens demanded action against the shopping platform, that was not named in the 77kaoded story.

They also wondered about the quality of such gun parts.
