Are there supermarkets with Western products in Siem Reap? I am looking specifically for butter, corned beef, sardines/mackerel in EVOO. Also, will I find hard-boiled eggs at convenience stores (in Thailand they have them)? Any information on these specific items will be very much appreciated ????  I keep a very strict diet for health reasons and I don't know if I should set foot in Cambodia at all, as I may not find anything to eat.

There are supermarkets with western products though, if Phnom Penh is any guide,  the selection may be less than it was pre-COVID (as western presence dramatically decreased during pandemic)

There are also convenience stores/mini-marts

 

You will have no problem finding butter

 

Canned sardines and mackeral easy too but not in EVOO, doubt you will find that. Canned fish is mainly asian brands
