Ah , now please explain How is it that Officers caught cheating are still officers , who execute the law in fining and prosecuting offenders ( the gullible public who are ignorant ), , while they are also cheating. Good lesson, if you cheat and get promoted you can cheat more , says a lot about the SENIOR RTP chaps.

There are Big believer here I'm not one of them his position is nothing but s photo op representative for the RTP,  his job is done taken over by someone that can be sacrifice later down the road. 

Even in Thailand, in their courts much of what was taken accused will be thrown out.  What much was done pure speculation " share holders " RTP are lucky what they did get their butts sued in most country. 

Slowly this story will be swept under the rug like most.

There was no cheating in the Police entrance exam my sister in law took about 12 years ago. They were told the pass mark was 400k, you can't get more honest and transparent than that,- she failed. ????

Men here are pamper no one is willing as they were growing up to slap the <deleted>  out of them. They cheated to get in now they are cheating to move up ???? So forth and so forth one day they might be like Big Joke, Mr.  Ferrari, none think of it as cheating it is the process to success. The toughest part is playing the game move up so one day be a serial cop killer. Flip off an Ambulance., worse happening you get transfer pay holiday. It's a family affair.
