This emotional saga began when the worker, taking her daughter on a motorcycle stolen from the employer, fled to Cambodia amidst domestic strife. Upon their return to Thailand, they were found living in destitution, and the child, distressed and in poor health, was taken back under the employer's wing, rekindling her nurturing relationship. Shockingly, on December 30, the trend repeated—a new black Toyota reportedly whisked away mother and child without a trace, led by the mother’s new Thai husband. The employer, anguished over the child’s complaints of abuse and well-being, has made an urgent plea for them to return. She has offered financial and legal support, insisting on maintaining the child’s education and care, despite severing ties with the mother. Holding onto hope, she implores the child, now fluent in Thai and aware of how to contact her, to reach out. Prioritising the child’s best interests, she hopes to resolve this distressing situation with compassion and understanding, fearful for the young girl's future amidst an unresolved familial conflict. -- 2025-01-02 -

I think you're correct. The DoJ would need to file a case in the Thai court system and get a separate judgement. I don't think there's any mechanism to enforce a US judgement otherwise. I'm sure it would be possible to petition the Thai courts somehow. -

All you have to do is--Do as Ice Cream Joe did in Afghanistan --- "Flee"-- 1/leave anyone behind that you told you would support--load up a plane and dont let them on, even if hanging on to sides while it takes off seems preferable then the fate that waits them.... 2/ Make sure that the leaders of the country know in advance & have time to get to safe haven with their billions of loot. 3/ While your at it, leave a few billions $$ of weapons Helicopter's etc behind as gift to the invaders... It's amazing--Trump hasn't even got to power yet--the talks haven't even really started yet - but the usual mob are baying away. Have you already forgotten about America's greatest shame---at least you got beaten in Vietnam, you tried to take the people that helped you--pushing planes into the sea to make room for them -- Making Thailand open a boarder through Lao etc. Afghanistan-- Joe made you drop your pants and run--leave everyone behind --give them your weapons and give them anyone that help America ---and Run. -
