Popular Post snoop1130 Posted January 4, 2023 Popular Post Posted January 4, 2023 RTP chief promises decisive action as Chuwit relishes his role as Whistleblower-in-Chief Naew Na reported on developments after firebrand former politician, TV presenter and soapy massage boss Chuwit Kamolwisit made yet more revelations about shady "Grey Chinese" casinos on Facebook. Chuwit was in top form in his relatively new role as "Whistleblower-in-Chief", notes ASEAN NOW. Chuwit had posted pictures of a pile of cash being exchanged for chips at a casino run by Tohao or Chanat Kornchayanon. It was taken before the raid on the Jin Ling pub that blew the case open. "So there're no casinos in Bangkok then?" Chuwit had commented drily. He said there would be plenty more where that came from. Following the 31st December revelation he had more footage. He explained that casinos were not just casinos - there were pictures of ladies that were available. Why reveal now? Oh, Chuwit said he had some whistleblowing freetime that the chief might be interested in. Via his spokesman Pol Maj-Gen Achayon Kraithong, chief Pol Gen Damrongsak Kittipraphat has promsed a full investigation. Achayon said that no stone would be left uncovered in the investigation into the latest allegations. The chief was determined to eradicate illegal gambling and would stop at nothing to find the casinos, if they existed. He would additionally work tirelessly to ensure that none of his men were culpable in the gambling setups. Woe betide if they were! The chief would come down on them like a ton of disciplinary bricks. He also denied categorically that anyone had been released who should be in custody. ASEAN NOW suggests that Chuwit's frequent posts and revelations are a sideshow to the main event regarding the raiding of the Jin Ling and all its fallout - asset seizures. But Chuwit has a huge following and is aided and abetted by the press. He is someone that RTP chief Damrongsak can't ignore. So long as Chuwit keeps digging up stuff he will be obliged to investigate. It now appears that the chief has adopted an anti-gambling public stance as one of his drives. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2023-01-04 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. Would certainly explain a lot...... 6

A full investigation into how local police are not aware of illegal casinos on their patch... should be interesting to hear the answer. Chuwit is really rocking the boat... Seems Chief Pol Gen Damrongsak Kittipraphat has some explaining to do about his not so straight colleagues.

Sure he is. Yet, oddly enough, this was never the pious direction when he was knee deep amongst 'em. Phony is as phony does.

I think the man is a genius and a criminal, but not a hypocrite. I also suspect that from his brothel days he has dirt on so many of the powerful, that he fears very little. Chuwit has been <deleted> off at the police for decades since they took his bribes and did not deliver as promised. He even went so far as to take back air-conditioned police boxes he had donated. He is also responsible for the controversial overnight demolition of Sukhumvit Square and subsequent creation of the inaccessible (open 8-10am and 4-8pm) Chuwit Garden Park to occupy the land while the public forgot the destruction and he could move ahead with his development plans for the land. When asked why the park has such odd opening hours he said he did not want the police sleeping in the shade on his dime. Edited January 5, 2023 by n00dle 1
