Five people were killed and four others seriously injured when a pickup truck crashed into a roadside tree and overturned in Non Thai district of Thailand’s north-eastern province of Nakhon Ratchasima late Sunday night.

Police said that the vehicle was being driven by a non-commissioned army officer, attached to the 11th Infantry Division. He was on leave after New Year, visiting his family, and went out partying with a group of friends.

On the way back after the party, the truck appeared to have been travelling in high speed.

FGS stop using this blame absolving word "accident". "reason" is a more appropriate one and the reason for this accident is readily apparent while other contributing factors are probably in the mix too

…Driver,  a non-commissioned army officer, attached to the 11th Infantry Division...✌️..  should had gone directly to his mother’s arms to sleep and recover before kills innocents.

Thankfully a 1 car accident, and they didn't take an 'innocents' with them.

Can't fix stupid

So the four in the bed of the pickup don't count? Of course, if they had respect for the law that bans riding in the bed of a pickup as it is dangerous and they could end up dead then they would not have ended up dead. So yes, stupid, although those four were not to blame for the accident so they were indeed innocents. Maybe the one found inside the vehicle was innocent too.

I imagine the government just rub their hands with glee when the poor die in accidents, less voters to vote against them. If it was 25,000 hisos and donators dying a year, they would fix it tomorrow
