January 17, 20233 yr Hi UK Citizen Back in 2021 i stayed bkk with tourist visa plus about 5 covid extensions. I left in Mar 2022 with 4 day overstay . In June 2022 trip i got tourist + 30 days + 1 covid extension and left with 14 overstay(was hospitalied and needed to.opearte). That time i entered via Chiang mai and then onto Bkk and left in Oct 2022. Then in Nov 2022 I got another tourist visa but i stayed within 54 days of the 60 day visa. For the arrival, they checked return flights and hotel and asked why iam here. Just got approval for this years STV Issue is iam planning to go in Feb but i need to exit and go to HK for a couple days. Can i get a re-entry for STV and any issues on returning?

Here is what I posted in previous thread..... You can download TM8 form from net OR immigration and airport have the form. You also need a pp size photo. When applying for a re-entry permit you will need to submit the following: A completed TM-8 form. The correct fee. Colored photo (4cm x 6cm) Photocopy of passport (main page and latest entry stamp. You can obtain at international airport BKK DMK CNX etc. OR obtain at your immigration office. 3800baht multiple and 1000baht single entry. If flying out of BKK they offer a service of doing it for you 200baht.

Can grab a fillable pdf from this forum https://aseannow.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=533895 Take photocopies of relevant passport pages (e.g. main page, latest entry stamp) if anything missing they'll do copies.
