Under consideration question

Featured Replies

Evening,

After submitting my  application for extension (marriage), my under consideration is for the 9th feb. My original O visa entry expires 4th Feb. 90 day report due 11th April.

May sound a silly question but does this not put on overstay? Just want to be clear what my position is and must I go down earlier.

Regards

Nope, the "under consideration" supersedes your previous visa.

Thanks, that was I thinking but not 100% sure.

Don't forget that the 90 day report is totally separate from the extension. That will still be due on the 11th. I made that mistake after my first extension when the 90 day report was due at pretty much the same time. I "assumed" that the 90 day report would be covered and received the 2000 baht fine when I found it wasn't.

Thanks, I'll have a trip to work before then so I assume the 90 resets from when I re enter. Which reminds I also need a re entry.
