Popular Post webfact
Picture: Thai Rath Residents near a temple in Pranakhonchai district of Buriram, NE Thailand claimed that lack of respect led to a crane collapse. Workers had been brought in to dismantle the old crematorium at Wat Jampa in Pranakhonchai district. But a crane was unable to handle the job and collapsed onto the roof of a sala or pavilion. Locals were in no doubt as to the real reason for the crane toppling over, reported Thai Rath. Picture: Thai Rath They claimed it was because workers had not asked for permission from a "higher authority" first before starting work on a structure key to the Buddhist religion. Two million baht's worth of damage was done. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2023-01-24 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m.
