That is  great example of a false equivalence  and a strawman argument 

   USA-Canada relations haven't  been the same as Israel-U.A.E relations , and there's been no need for the former to sign any peace accords

I suppose that you must be unaware about Israel's hostile relations with much , nearly all of the Islamic World and that there was previously a united opposition to Israel's existence from Islamic Countries and the battle lines were Israel v Muslim Countries ?

The United Arab Emirates has never been in armed conflict with Israel.  The last armed conflict between the US and Canada was during the War of 1812.  A peace agreement between Canada and the US would be pointless, as is the peace agreement between Israel and the U.A.E.
