Former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn; Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe's husband, Richard Ratcliffe; and the son of the late Dame Vivienne Westwood were among 2,000 supporters at the event in central London on Saturday.

Campaigners fighting for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to be freed have staged a "night carnival" in London.

Around 2,000 people from the Don't Extradite Assange campaign assembled at Lincoln's Inn Fields, close to Holborn, before marching past Parliament Square at around 6pm on Saturday.
