Pre-purchase inspection firm recommendation?

Can anyone recommend a firm that can do inspections on a condo, prior to purchase? In Bangkok.

 

My condo is new construction, and the PSA provides for an inspection period once construction is complete. I’d like to take advantage of that.

I have no personal experience as we didnt proceed as it happens with the property we looked at but I've bookmarked these:

Looked at some others too but I guess I didnt bookmark. Pricing seems to  5k-7k total, with one or two visits (i think check houses thai was 2)
