Really ?

My mid tier Samsung purchased 18 months ago still performs flawlessly.

Not sure why you need to post utter nonsense, I can only assume it arouses you sexually somehow.

.....or it could be an attempt at humour?

If so, he should add a smiley emoticon because it clearly went WAY over your head!

It's not worth buy an expensive phone.  They all do the same thing and they break after one month of light use.

Huawei Y9 2018. Still working perfectly.

Yeh but, half of China is watching what you get up too....................:cheesy:

And you think they are not with every other brand of phone that originates in China.

Surely you are not that naive !!

Be careful if you buy a phone on Lazada or Shopee, go to a proper shop.

I have the T-shirt. ????

P.S. Though I did get a refund...????

Depends. I bought two Oppo A15's from the Oppo shop on Lazada, both are 100% genuine, but I have been caught with cheap no-name phone posing as something else as well. Did get refunds on the two cheapies.

I think I will give LAZADA a miss... "If it looks too good to be true", you know the rest.

My next question is  What is a good cheap phone to buy???

I have an iPhone XS Max more than three years now, very reliable except doesn’t bounce well. Have replaced the screen twice. Both times from China at less than 1000thb fortunately.

His wasn't the only one whose head the "humour" went way over.  That would be because there was no suggestion of humour, sarcasm, satire or irony.

Also Xiaomi & POCO (Xiaomi) fan.

Oppo A91 ... 3 yr old tech, but seems ample enough.  Certainly inexpensive enough.

As long as you don't need any apps on current Android.  Or it may even come with current upgrade.

Thank you to all the members that posted useful information.

Cheers

For your apparent budget, look at the POCO M5s. It’s nothing spectacular, but good spec for the price and up to date.
