This is about the upcoming presidential election.  He's setting himself up as the persecuted patriot.  Is he going to make the run himself or be DT's pitbull?

In order to be pardoned he had to have pled guilty or been found guilty, yes?

So how can he now sue, having admitted guilt?

Well, you can be preemptively pardoned before being prosecuted as well as after. In fact, Flynn was pardoned both ways by Trump.

He won big time when he was given a pardon.

If he were smart he’d quietly disappear and hope the DOJ forget about him.

He’s not smart.

He’s a no longer useful idiot.

Spot on mate. He was played by Trump when he dangled his pardon to stop him from cooperating with federal investigators. Cooperation that would have exposed Trump's wrongdoing. He should just keep grifting the Qanon Magalites and keep his head low and not get into another court case and expose unpleasant information.

The only reason Flynn pleaded guilty is because he ran out of money after selling his home to pay lawyers, and then the FBI and DOJ threatened to include his son in the charges.

The problem with this logic is that he never gets the chance to recover his own legal expenses.

Here we go again with the conspiracy theories. Please state the evidence of Trump's being the "most corrupt president in American history", and for persepective how does he compare with biden(in the post laptop verified world) ?

Good luck to Mike Flynn, hope to see much more of him.

Why was he pardoned exactly?

Interesting comments on this topic.

Most unfortunate, some people posting really believe their own political BS.

Actually sit down and research the complete facts behind Flynn's case, then it might give some validity to your comments rather than garbage.

If you're just an anti-Trumper, the first thing I deduct is your biased posts contain significant garbage.

I enjoy reading people opinion posts on the forum and the occasional humor, but quickly skip over the garbage posts.

BTW, not a great fan of Trump and Biden or Obama as individuals, but did like Trump's polices of America first.

Because he can. The biggest criminal in US history pardoned most of his criminal co-conspirator's. He stacked the courts with inexperienced justices, sacked long serving officers in intelligence and justice agencies replacing them with unqualified flunkies. He awarded the nation's highest civilian awards to media liars. He delayed action and lied to the public about covid, resulting in hundreds of 1000s of deaths.

He treated the Presidency as part of his business empire, cheated, stole, incited insurrection, used the military for personal and illegal means, raped and demeaned women and still exhibits a desire to become a dictator of a country once considered the world's most democratic.

The biggest criminal in US history

Are you talking about Nixon?

If he can prove coercion he has a case. I believe he was coerced.

Remember this from the fired director of the FBI! Weaponization 101! Imop

Comey said the interview was “something I probably wouldn’t have done or maybe gotten away with in a more … organized administration.”

But there was nothing in that which affected the validity of the evidence. In effect, he took advantage of the fact the Trump's White House regime was so disorganized that it didn't know how to stall. If this approach tainted the evidence gathered, that would be news to the judge adjudicating the case.
