Judge Tosses Trump’s Lawsuit Against NY Times, Orders Him to Pay All Legal Fees

A New York judge has tossed out Donald Trump’s lawsuit against The New York Times, and ordered the former president to pay all attorneys fees, legal expenses, and associated costs.

 

Trump filed the lawsuit in 2021, alleging that the newspaper, three of its reporters and his niece Mary Trump engaged in an “insidious plot” to obtain his private records for a Pulitzer-winning story about his tax issues.

 

While the court tossed out Trump’s claims against the newspaper and its reporters, the claims against the ex-president’s niece have yet to be ruled upon.

If only people knew the full extent of what he has done in his career of swindles, grifting, taking small contractors for the ride of their careers, and cheating people out of money. Thankfully, he does not have much hope of becoming president again. It is likely another way to "raise cash" for this anti social misfit.

And yet there are still millions of republicans who think he is the very best candidate that Republicans have to run for POTUS. 

 

There are  a few Republicans that might make actually be a good POTUS and return the republican party to some sense of sanity but it seems that dear leader still has a lot of voters gulping the kool aide and sending the "i;m very very very rich" grifter more $$.
