I wonder if Nuern Plub Wan Animal Hospital doesn't have one?  I think they do. Can anyone confirm?  If you know of other vet hospitals, please name an avian vet.

I used to breed exotic birds and had no luck with vets where I live (CM) even with very basic things.  I even had a vet tell me birds do not feel pain, and other places just flatly refused to treat anything other than cats and dogs and other pet mammals. 

 

I found the people with the best knowledge of avian disease and suitable medications were the local fighting cock guys. 

The best place is Kasetsart University.  In an emergency, that would be two and a half hours away.
