Hello

We moved out from our condo and are now living somewhere else.

I imagine I must change the address on car book and maybe driving license..

Where and how can I do that

Thanks a lot

Have a nice day

Have you done a TM30 at Immigration already? That's the first thing you have to do.

Yes in fact not TM30 but TM 28 or 29 with rental contract copy and 90 days with new address.

Do I need any doc like for example residence certificate for LTO ?

Thanks a lot

Must is a strong word.

Bought my car in Chiang Mai, paid the yearly tax in Pattaya twice, didn't change address and didn't change plates (still driving with original CM plates), no issues. DL is also from CM.

Oh, except not getting traffic tickets by mail, if there are any ????

I moved from Bangkok to Rayong over a year ago.  There was no need to change the details on my Thai driving licence or my car registration.  I renewed it in the new province without issue.  Obviously, when I renew my DL the address will be changed.

A TM30 report is definitely necessary.

Hello

The point is I prefer to change my address as in case of tickets I need to pay and if it reaches my previous location, I won't get them

Can anybody inform which documentation is needed in Transportation office

Have a nice evening
