Vivo S16(?) /V27 Pro(?) budget below 20,000 baht.

Featured Replies

My wife wants to buy for herself a new phone. She has been using my old Vivo 7+ and is used too it. She has set a budget of 20,000 baht and it must be a Vivo! The Vivo V27 looks a very pretty phone (Emerald Green) but on closer inspection it seems to be a cheaper/lower specs version of the Vivo S16 (China). The V27 Pro is not yet in Thailand but the colour options black/blue only are a deal breaker. Wifi 6 is a must. The S16 specs/colours are what she's after ( Better processor + camera + wifi6 +colours) but sadly i can't find it yet in Thailand. Does she need to think away from Vivo or just wait?

She's asking you for advice or 20,000?  If the latter give it with a smile and be done with it.

She has her own business and income. Advice is what she's after.

Thank-you for that. I have seen and read your linked site previously but am wary of the differences in specs between ,say India, indonesia and Thailand. I thought a Thai site would show the specs of the model available here in Thailand rather than Internationally. Perhaps my wariness is misplaced. Sadly it would appear to confirm that the Vivo V27 does not have wifi-6. The Vivo V27 Pro does but not in colour options my wife or I like. The Vivo S16 is not available in Thailand so the purchase is on hold till something suitable arrives.
