oop's ...  better be careful what I say,  you can't say anything true, degrading, derogatory about thai or thailand, your only allowed to lie and say they are all great.

      There will of course be a delay whilst they build the new office accommodation for these 40 officers transferred to HQ.   The delay will be exacerbated as the lorries delivering the building

      Most developed nations would terminate these corrupted cops, but not Thailand where " transfers" are the norm.
