Traffic Camera Fine Wrong
I wasn't a traffic cop. I was higher up the chain so, no idea about the travesties you refer to. You sound like a typical cop hater though, met plenty of those. -

Is it possible to withdraw money from AIS balance? About 200THB. And then move. Or will have to close the account to get the money? -

Help on "Retirement Visa"
I rarely update my Savings account passbook as I use an FTD account for Immigration purposes. An ATM update will consolidate transactions since the last update, coded CMB in the book (Bangkok bank) In branch, they can print all transactions over that same period of time. -

JD Vance Faces Pivotal Moment in Vice Presidential Debate
Does that not raise the question of why Trump himself cannot effectively defend his record? IMO Vance lost all credibility when he evaded the question of whether he thought the 2020 election was stolen. -

Internet For Condo
The most important factor is to have optical fiber. A lot of places in Pattaya still seem to be using copper wire for the final leg to the room which will give you much slower speeds and less reliability. I've been using True fiber for several years. Never had an outage and I've never had to call for service. Before this, I had True ADSL, which was more problematic but True service was quite good. They had English speakers on duty and there usually wasn't much of a wait to get through. -

Is there a Hughes pub in Chiang Mai?
The reason so many 'Irish Pubs' outside Ireland look like that is they are rarely Owned by anyone Irish, they are rarely Managed by anyone Irish, and they usualyy don't even have anyone Irish Working in them. Fake as fk in other words, in a 'diddly-eye Oirish' Hollywood'esque version of what an Irish pub should be. There are exceptions - good luck if you can find one. -

Help on "Retirement Visa"
The operative words here are "for e period of time". I have updated my Bangkok Bank accounts at the machine many times, and unless it has been more than three months (or so) since my last update, the machine will spit the book out and ask me to turn to a new page and reinsert the book. -
