He was also in the outside lane... the motorcyclist crossed 3 lanes straight in the path of traffic? Had the motorcycle rider been drinking ???... is she not also complicit in the accident? (not sure if the deceased was the rider or passenger) it would appear the motorcyclists attempted a rather 'careless' (dangerous) manoeuvre. 2

He admitted to consuming “a small amount of alcohol” prior to the incident.
