Unless they test him for alcohol consumption (check his BAC) then he may only have had 'one small drink'....    there needs to be proof.

He was also in the outside lane...   the motorcyclist crossed 3 lanes straight in the path of traffic?

Had the motorcycle rider been drinking ???... is she not also complicit in the accident? (not sure if the deceased was the rider or passenger) it would appear the motorcyclists attempted a rather 'careless' (dangerous) manoeuvre.

Also...  driving / riding in the left most lane is most fraught with most risk of motorcyclists and cars pulling from side-soi's, restaurants etc into that first lane without looking...    hence no one want to drive / ride in that inside (left most) lane.

And pulling out to avoid people driving/riding the wrong way.

The driver driver did NOT admit it was his fault. He admitted to consuming “a small amount of alcohol” prior to the incident.

Driver was on his way to Sattahip. Sounds like he was on the lash all night and on his way to work.
