Pattaya to Korat By Bus.

Featured Replies

Hi there, Does anyone know where the Pattaya to Korat bus leaves from and what times they depart. I was going to drive there next month but her indoors can't wait. A typical Thai reaction. Thanks.

Nakhonchai Air bus station on Sukhumvit just South of Klang Junction... look for website for timings but you may have to go there to get a ticket anyhow.

There is another on 3rd Rd, North of Klang again.....(oops, that appears to have gone)...

And if you are up for the adventure... take the bus from Pattaya North Rd (Reung Ruen) bus station to Bangkok Moechit, and regular services from there to Korat......you can get lost in Moechit though if not familiar!

Just FYI, Nakhonchai Air buses to Loei, Chayaphum etc nearly all stop at Korat (aka Nakhon Ratchasima) for lunch, which in the longer journeys, is included in the ticket price (or was last time I went). You should, therefore, have a good choice of bus times.

Can mess about here to see what can be had.  My Mrs usually went off and got my tickets.

If you mean the Pattaya 407 bus company then it's still there at the back if the fuel station just north of Klang.

Chan Travel, which also might have something for the OP, are also situated at the top of Klang on the road that cuts off the corner between Klang and Sukhumvit heading north.

Sounds right... I used it a couple of times (yonks ago) and dropped folks off there, a few busses left from nearby too, eg Hua Hin.  When I looked at Google Maps the shophouse looked closed with an available for rent sign on it.
