July 19, 20232 yr I read on one of the legal website the spouse follower on a NON-O retirement visa had to be below 50 years old. Is this correct? Retirement requirements with a wife | ThaiEmbassy.com I could not find additional information from the Thai Immigration web site on this... Thank you in advance for your help.
July 19, 20232 yr There is no age restriction on your spouse piggy backing off your long term permission to stay (well, a Muslim marriage to someone under the age of 18 might not be allowed).

They were trying to translate some documents from the family letting them marry. The little girl was playing with him and he was so serious next to him.. sad..

As I recall, while your spouse can simply piggyback off your long term permission to stay, the rules are different for your foreign children.

(2) Must have proof of relationship. (3) In the case of spouse, the relationship must be de jure and de facto: or (4) In the case of children, adopted children, or spouse’s children, said children, adopted children, or spouse’s children must not be married, must live with the alien as part of the family, and must not be over 20 years of age except in case of the person hereof is of illness or disability and cannot live without support of father or mother: or (5) In the case of parents, the father or mother must be 50 years of age or over.
