In a shocking event, a 38-year-old man, notorious for excessive drinking, unleashed havoc in a serene neighborhood. Intoxicated and fueled by pent-up emotions, he viciously threw bricks at parked cars and shattered windows of multiple houses.

The incident occurred on August 2nd, in Surin City, Thailand, prompting distressed residents to call the police. Law enforcement swiftly responded and apprehended the perpetrator at the scene of the crime, reported Daily News.

The damaged cars and homes bore the brunt of his rage, leaving shattered windshields and broken windows. Witnesses testified that the man had displayed such erratic behavior on numerous occasions, but this time it went beyond the community's tolerance limit.

The authorities will pursue the case against the culprit, whose name is Chaiyaphon, to ensure he faces the full extent of the law. Meanwhile, neighbors and victims hope for a lasting resolution to prevent similar incidents in the future.

No one complained to the police already?... or is this the usual proactive vs reactive issue where warning signs are irrelevant, only the actions of a crime matter ?....

But how was it even possible on him to be drunk on August 2nd, when alcohol sales were forbidden since July?
