Popular Post Kinnock Posted August 15, 2023 Popular Post Posted August 15, 2023 We all know the next PM will be Anutin after all the fake democracy charade is over. Pheu Thai's Srettha and the old guard Prawit may take the PM's seat for a spin around the block, but Anutin will be the next long-term driver. MFP was a nice fantasy, but unfortunately they were never really in the running. 1 2

I still think nominating prawit would be interesting. It would put the Senate in Abad spot because once they nominate him they cam abstain meaning PT coalition would be in danger does anutin support pt or leave them out to dry. Would prawit get enough votes to form a government. 1 1

Abstaining shows undeserved good faith towards PTP. No it does not abstaining shows that it does not support PT. In this case an abstention is a NO vote. Look at how the MFP lost it was not because more people voted against them it was becausenot enough people voted for them. MFP got what they had to see coming. That is why the military et up the government the way they did it was their ability to control the game. PT did the smart thing then all of a sudden they stopped listening to Dubai and tried to make seals on their own. MFP can not vote against PT because PT is till the only "non-military party" left in the game. Therefore they can simply state yes we would like to see PT as the prty in power but just as the senate had issues withthe PT joining with MFP we have issues with them joinging BJT and PPRP. Therefore like the senate we can ot support this and will abstain. The way to put the added nail in the coffin is have a couple of strong or back bench MPS nominate Prawit and then sit bck and watch the fireworks. Thaialnd would be better off with Prawit as PM than Anutin.
