Trump says he’s “very honored” by RFK Jr. endorsement
I suspect he lost his family inheritance back when he was a drug addict. Now just a grifter. -

JD Vance is one of the least popular vice-presidential picks this century
That is an awfully long diatribe to paper over the fact that Walz quit in the middle of his enlistment contract once he learned that his unit would be going overseas. And lied about his service after he quit. Lied repeatedly. Let others lie for him and didnt correct them. My father used to say that some people like to throw a lot of <deleted> against the wall until some of it sticks. Keep throwing, my friend. -

This definitely sounds like Suzy... Must be the same person... So Suzy, how much are you getting paid to post Trump propaganda on this forum? -

A new scam?
Lol. I just tested that website using a fake email address. It gave me this. What date of birth? Of some imaginary person? Great way to sell online services though. You are Compromised DOBs: The date of birth associated with your account has been determined to be exposed. IPs: An IP address (45.80.184.94) linked to your account has been compromised. No Further Information: No usernames, passwords, companies, breaches, locations, names, or phone numbers have been located. Potential Risks: With known date of birth and IP address, malicious actors could attempt targeted attacks like identity theft or phishing. It's crucial to remain vigilant and consider enhancing your overall cybersecurity posture. -

Going short-time only, shallow or succulent?
I don't think a large number of men are MGTOW. It's always been a tiny minority. Quite an extreme option. -

URGENT: What kind of Beer is Best just after multiple Tooth Extraction?
I don’t think that would be through choice of beer. If you are out screwing, I would not mention the prosthetics, unless your Thai is much better than mine. -

Kennedy gives Swing voters a clear choice, Trump
She might do a very controlled interview, but it’s safe to assume she’ll suddenly come down with a case of the china sniffles come debate time.- 1

The Gold that glitters...
Where is the rest having survived? Depending on statistics, the success rate on new "start-up's is dismal. Unless one is involved in "digitalisation". That's where the money is today. 100 years ago, mining and Railroads were the place to be. All others (fired employees from McDonalds) trying to re-invent the Hamburger have no chance to succeed. As well as some guys in Detroit trying to re-invent the automobile. -

Our tenants run a restaurant. Should we keep them or finish the contract?
Are the gas bottles outside the building structure ? Thats is where they should be with a pipe running to the cooking hobs and other users. The only exception might be if the bottle is very small and could not release enough gas to fill 25% of the volume with an ignitable mixture. One of the main risks would be if a user were left on but no flame or if a leak occurred in the supply line overnight when the building is closed up and gas accumulates. Turning off the cylinder valve at the end if each day would be a reasonable precaution. A simple flammable gas detector would at least give some warning. -

URGENT: What kind of Beer is Best just after multiple Tooth Extraction?
Wait.... I AM back, as you can plainly see! All I can do is to drink what is at the local SEVEN, for now. But...then... What about NEXT TIME? I still have one more extraction to go.... Then, the implanting process shall begin. Implants, if done right, will take about ONE YEAR. I just hope I will live that long. Would it not be the epitome of irony to have the implants installed, and then die before screwing on the prosthetics ? -
