That's true for most granola sold these days, and why I stay away from them, although there are a few that don't use added sugar. They are still high in calories because of the dried fruit and nuts, and a serving size is pretty small, like a handful.

I discovered this year's ago. Whereas ants will ignore a box of cornflakes they go into a frenzy if I put a box of granola or fruit and fiber flakes in the cupboard. They want that super.

My body needs carbs to maintain muscles, easy as that, and you ave more healthy versions of granola mixes as well.

Where you buy?

Every shop in Thailand, expensive in 7-11, but cheaper in Tops (2 for1), and on Lazada (free delivery in app). 83bht for 250gm packet.

https://s.lazada.co.th/s.q4cV9

Note: Only the Honey Almond is sugar free (I guess the honey replaces sugar).

Good spot.

I personally use muesli with no added sweeteners at all, other than fruit.

'Granola' without oats nor fruit and sugar alcohol as a sweetener.

I was thinking you meant added table sugar. They all have some carbs from natural sugars, meaning fruit, grains and veggies. That one is pretty low in carbs, if that's what you're worried about. Granola itself is kinda high in calories no matter what because it's so dense, unlike flaked cereals. Most muesli have oats as far as I know.
