A bowl of corn flakes mixed with a granola nuts mix, sliced banana and apple on top, with low-fat milk.   Now, time for a visit to my home gym and then a swim.

And the other one? Ham or Nutella?

I love marmalade, but it has to be shredless and I cannot find it any more. I did get a link for it on Lazada but it was a price increase of about 150%. Cheating sellers again.

Shred-less marmalade, is that not just jelly?

Yes it is that's why I like it, I cannot eat anything with shreds or lumps on it, that's why there is always jelly or lemon curd on my toast.

Usual scrambled eggs, and the chicken GODS were shining on me, 2 double yolkers.  Finally polished off that meatloaf.

Cold ''toast'' with American spray on cheese and sugary slice of ham.  The entire filling just filed the centre.  The rest was dry bleached toast.  Absolutely disgusting.  35 baht.

Everyday breakfest with eggs from our own chicken, and few selected vegetables and fruits. Some we still buy, but depending on season. Good to be back

Two tarts stacked on top of each other. Best set of smashed burgers you could ever imagine.

A home made mixed pea soup made in a chicken stock, with a generous portion of vegetables. I also added some smoked ham for a bit of pizzazz, accompanied by dark rye bread.
