You can quite easily tell by their accents , whether they speak with a local accent or whether they speak in a foreign language or with a foreign accent

It's a decision that seems reasonable to me and is based on the principle of equality.

It should be noted that wearing abaya is an arabic peninsula tradition ( and by expansion other middle-east countries). Most of the Muslim population in France originates from Northern Africa, where wearing abaya is not a tradition.

It is likely an influence from Saudi Arabia's Wahhabism.

If you live there, definitely. If you are fluent in French then also yes. Just like you can tell the difference between an Italian/Greek who has just arrived from Italy/Greece and a second generation Italian in the US/NZ/Aus/Germany etc...

Most of the girls agreed to change into other clothes.
