I have an intelligent girlfriend, but she has the ability to drive herself crazy with all the complicated thinking she gets into. I would try finding a young woman who is into exercising, as this requires a balanced way of looking at her life, and more than a modicum of intelligence. I have the same problem. I am afraid I will drive myself crazy one day with all the thoughts racing through my mind, if I'm not already crazy. I am falling in love with a girl on Youtube at the moment because of her voice. It's soothing and calming. It's very earthy, grounding. Hard to describe. But it soothes my nervous system as I am a very nervous person. So a "soothing calming presence" is a big thing for me.
