Hi everyone, thanks for reading this and apologies if this has been asked before.  I am a UK passport holder and reside in the UK, I'm looking to submit my application asap before the prices go up.  I have a few queries around purchasing the Thai elite Visa:

- Please can you recommend me a good reliable firm to purchase the Thai Elite Visa?

- Are there any scams associated with this transaction that I should know about?  Such as dodgy links and then transferring the funds to a scammer?

- I have some DJ equipment I want to ship over there, do they allow this?

- Please tell me what things to avoid during this transaction.

Thanks for your assistance.

No need for an agent .

Deal with PE Visa directly.

Many threads on this.

Thinking you have missed the boat regards avoiding price hike.

Hopefully someone can post more definite advice.

Thanks for coming back to me.  I'm confused who isn't an agent vs who is the creator of the visa.  I've got these links below, which one is the actual provider?

https://www.thaiembassy.com/thailand-visa/thai-elite-visa

https://thailand-elite.com/

https://www.siam-legal.com/thailand-visa/thai-elite-visa.php

I guess the one to go for is:

https://thailand-elite.com/

Thanks again for your input!  I'm wary about links so just wanted to run it past you guys.

He hasn't missed the boat. Can apply for current package until 15th Sept.

The correct website for Thailand Elite is https://thailand-elite.com/.

I believe you have a few days to submit the application, but time is very tight.

That is an agent. Official site is https://www.thailandelite.com/

The advice from most has always been to apply directly although I would actually consider using an agent with the deadline looming. They have a very strong incentive to make sure that your application goes through successfully before the cut off. And likely won't be getting much business afterwards lol. All of the info leaked from agents in the past few weeks has been correct and useful to know long before the clowns at Elite themselves bothered to inform members.

You are, of course, correct. I made a careless typing error. Thank you for pointing it out. I have corrected my original post.

I agree with what you say about the strong incentive having a higher chance of success.  Please could someone recommend some agents?

Thank you all for your help.

The post above yours is from an agent.

You can shop around to obtain  and cost etc

ThaiVisaCentre. Think they use Line..

Depends where you are located.

You can use the official agent HERE or buy directly from Thai Elite Card HERE.

There are no scams on the official sites. On the agent site scroll down for a good overview of the different possibilities.

Thai Elite Card do to my knowledge not import stuff for you. Expect to pay duty and vat when importing. A global shipping firm might be able to give you an estimate. Perhaps you can take some of the parts with you in your luggage.

Check what similar or same DJ-stuff costs in Thailand, the major brand-products are all available. A good site for checking prices and online shopping is Lazada, another is Shopee.

Where can I see the new rate? I bought 20-year for one million baht, I can remember. My lawyer did everything for me including getting a new Passport from a Antigua, opening a bank account in Antigua, transferring money to Antigua and then getting an Elite visa from Thailand.

This is typical incompetence by those administering Thai websites. They have moved a lot of their pages to the domain thaiprivilege.co.th without ensuring that the certificates work correctly. Assuming the site has not been hacked (and I do not think it has) you can click "Advanced" and "Proceed" to view the site in unsecured mode. When you do this, do not enter any sensitive data.
