Constitutionally, i inderstand, they are required to declare their assets but don't hold your breath waiting.

Nothing to do with the constitution. Jurisdiction for assets declaration is with the NACC and fat chance of getting Prayut and Prawit to declare. Using his special executive power, he and members of this cabinet were exempted.

Does it matter so long as they're not in power any more.

No doubt he will remain as a valued advisor, along with (certainly) the other one...

Then of course there is the new Senate to be formed "soon".

I presume he was a "party list" MP, so no need for the embarrassment of finding out just what the voters think in a bye election!

I wonder if the NACC has tipped him off that they can't cover for him any longer so he'd better make himself scarce. Dubai maybe?

He’s in no danger. He is military. They run the show.

Next stop Bangkok Remand Prison, maybe he can room with Thaksin? Just need to add Prayut and the Three Stooges will be complete!

They need to get Thaksin back to prison first and I can't see that happening.

It’s not going to happen. He will get a Royal Pardon and that will be the end of it. Thaksin and the “highest institution” have been close for quite a while.
