Yes, generally they use govt rate, you pay direct which is around 4 baht a unit, apartments usually charge 8 baht but I've seen 10

Apartment buildings, and other landlords with at least five units, have been required to charge no more than the government rate (plus a maximum 25% service fee) for several years now. While some of them may still be trying to gouge tenants, it's hard for them to stay under the radar if people start complaining.

What's that?

Do you live in Bangkok or Pattaya where all the sophisticated people live?  ????

It's not being enforced.  At all.  Never.  Nowhere.  Sadly.

Correct, its actually illegal to on-sell electricity which is what apartments do. Their rate is the MEA/PEA rate about 4.7 b/kWh then they bill tennant at 9 to 10 B/kWh. Hand written receipts, so the difference is undisclosed income so no tax payable. A practice MFP should take on as one of their policies to stop. Its usually the lower income people that have to rent apartments.

It's similar to the electricity which comes out of your wall, wherever you live.

Same, same - but different.

That must be oriented for Australia, though they use a different design, it is certainly not the designed way as proven by the patent application the earth pin should be up ???? or is it the way to attach them to kill off condominium owners? ????
