How can you get your money back when its been paid into Lazada wallet, if you don't have a smart phone app.?

You cannot. And you (I) cannot use it to pay for other items.

Withdrawal works via the app very well, in the bank in 2 days.

So get the app on your phone and use it only for Wallet withdrawals.

Why not install the app one time from Google play store., effect a transfer and uninstall the app.

 

Choose transfer to your bank account, input the name and account number, the money will be transferred.

 

You can choose once off transfer [account details are not saved on Lazada].

 

You could also try through chat [that cleo thing] and then get a live rep and they will need you to send you bank details. Lazada will then transfer your money to the designated account.

Because in Asean Now there are no "thumbs down" emojis and the "sad and confused" icon is the closest thing there is.
