Thankfully, her days are numbered and she knows it. She is positioning herself for a Tory party leadership challenge when Rickety Shoerack gets binned off after the next election. 

Time and again the British people have rejected swivel-eyed nut jobs from both extreme sides of the political spectrum. Hopefully, she will be destined for fully merited obscurity and those who support her will stay on the outside of acceptable political thought.

Americans have enough of their own barmpots in politics without the need to take anyone elses.

 

The whole thing is a joke. The UK has been powerless to stop boat people from reaching the shores of not so Great Britain. Saying it's about economics and democracy is miss characterising the problem. For centuries the west has been raping the African continent. Now they wonder why these people come to the UK. 

 

It's payback time. After centuries of colonial control. the colonies are now knocking on the door.

The Countries were prospering during colonial rule , the recent  hardships only began when colonial  rule ended

I am definitely not a fan of 'The Donald', but he did say something I remember that was very significant regarding immigration.

 

To paraphase..."we don't want your criminals, drug addicts, and loosers...we want your Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, Finacial experts, Scientists, Industrialists, etc...immigrating into our great country, able to make great contributions".

 

America needs to adopt the same stringent immigration measures that THAILAND has so respectfully adopted.

Even better, Braveman wants anybody who has first entered a previous EU country... completely  disqualified...as the are no longer a refugee/migrant to the UK by definition.

This is all about jockeying for position in the Conservative Party. Braverman is the latest in a long line of blowhards who talk tough but fail to act. The UK might like to start cracking down on illegals by introducing a biometric ID card for all legal residents. 

Her speech did not go far enough IMHO.  Time to start a new population of illegals on the island of St. Kilda....

   Its just the normal response , take any blame away from the immigrants and try to blame the Country they are going to .

   The immigrants arrive with no identity papers and you are just guessing where they come from . 

  You will look for a Country where the U.K has been militarily involved , then say *Oh the boat people come from that Country and they came because of the U.Ks military involvement there ".

Ah! The 'Do Gooders'....   They are overridden quickly enough when it suits - protesters trying to block the road during the Coronation were removed and arrested within minutes.  When they hold up commuters nothing can be done.

The UK does not have to follow the rulings of the ECHR - and in the past has ignored rulings (e.g. votes for prisoners) but slavishly follows their rulings on immigration...

What is the connection between people blocking the coronation being removed and do gooders stopping fights to Rwanda ?
