Hello everyone.

We will need an agent to get retirement visa in the first week of November. If you kindly share your experiences and trusted agents, will be huge help. First choice is Bangkok.

Thanks in advance.

2000+1900 is DIY fee..

If using Maneerat, do one get both stamps ( 90 days + one year) same time ?

What sort of time there is with processing times ? Meaning not having your passport on your hand..

Yes 15 months at once, takes around 3 weeks

Paying bribes, falsifying documents, extensions from a province you do not live in and unregulated yet 'trusted' ? ????

Indeed "trusted".

Some of them are dodgy you know....

Yes the awful stress of filling in a form and signing 2 others when you get there, plus the dreadful trauma of sitting with a few dozen other smelly foreigners for an hour or 2 once a year. ????

Get it right mate, as per OP it's an initial apication so 3 visits to immigration with "a few dozen other smelly foreigners" ????

Without agent there is Non-imm O application, come back 2-3 weeks later to pick up passport with Visa, and then come back 2 months later to apply for 12 month extension
